The product label says not to use it in vegetable gardens or agriculture. Why not?

The chemical that is in this product has been used in food service for a long time (and in much higher concentrations). The reason we have to put the disclaimers on our product is that the long-term test data required to get the approval for being safe in vegetable gardens is not yet available.
